HIFE Retreats was created to bring together a global community of like-minded people who want to travel and explore whilst optimising their health and living life to the full. HIFE Retreats bring you a luxury experience you'll remember forever. 

We are constantly reminded that our health must be a priority, experiences are priceless and life is precious. It is a pleasure and a passion to provide a service that supports you in nurturing this truth.

HIFE Retreats Ltd was set up in 2022 by Jessica Lambert. Jessica has experience hosting health and wellness retreats worldwide, working in many world-leading Health & Wellbeing Resorts, Hotels and Gyms. Jessica hosted over 20 of her own retreats before deciding to rebrand and bring you HIFE.

HIFE Retreats ~ 4 Pillars of Wellbeing

Movement “exercise not only changes your body, it changes your mind, your attitude and your mood”

Movement is hugely important, and something we don’t always get enough of. Retreats are the perfect opportunity to dive into more classes, go for a long walk or maybe even lace up your trainers and go for a run. 

Our classes are a blend of Yoga and Pilates - I find these two practices together extremely complimentary and beneficial in reducing stress, improving mobility and building strength. You don’t have to be an pro to book a retreat, in fact if you are relatively new to both practices it is a great place to start - Retreats give you chance to dip your toes in the water, and as we aren’t short for time together I can help you in areas where you are struggling.

We share two classes a day; the morning class is often more energising and uplifting whilst the evening class more gentle and relaxing.

Nutrition “the food you eat can either be the safest most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison”

My hope is that only do you enjoy the food we share over the course of our Retreats but that you leave inspired to return home to your own kitchen. 

At HIFE we aim to share new foods with you each time you book a retreat; dishes that are hearty and healthy, plant based and flavoursome. Where possible all of our ingredients will be locally sourced, fresh and organic.

Be assured all dietary requirements can be catered for.

Some guests come on our Retreats on their own and some guets come with friends or family.

Connect to yourself.

All guests leaves us with a better connection to their body - their health and their wellbeing. Retreats provide you with time and space to cultivate this.

Connect with others.

Sharing stories on a long hike or around the dinner table will forever be one of my favourite parts of hosting Retreats. Connection and community are a huge part of HIFE and I hope that comes across whenever you join us.

Rest “sleep for health is like changing for a mobile”

These are your retreats, whilst at HIFE we like to provide you with plenty to do if your body simply needs time to rest then please listen to it. 

We look for properties with beautiful bedrooms that promote deep and nourishing sleep. Classes are never too early, alarms don’t need to be set, we aren’t ever in a rush.

No Retreat is complete without a heavenly treatment (deep tissue massage, aromatherapy massage, facial etc) and we encourage you to enjoy one or two…

 

Meet Jess, Founder of HIFE Retreats…

Healthcare professional, teacher, trainer and wellness enthusiast!


For as long as I can remember I have enjoyed sport, staying active and spending time outside. At the same time I have always been inquisitive about health, medicine and injury prevention. This combination led me to study Osteopathy at Oxford Brookes University - a degree I LOVED and found so very interesting, during my time here I also trained as a Yoga Teacher. Post graduation I realised clinical work wasn’t really for me and I found myself working in many world leading health spas.. where I was ‘at home’.

Such resorts include; AMAN, Soneva, Six Senses, Anantara, DMaris, Heckfield and The Body Holiday.

I have dived into many other courses and trainings that have supported me as a health care professional. I use these and years of practice to bring you the best classes (and retreats) I can. My teaching focuses heavily on alignment, understanding your body, connecting breath and movement, avoiding injury and strengthening in a safe and secure yet challenging manor.


It is a pleasure to be working in this world of wellness; not only do I enjoy supporting you but I get to travel, meet, connect, learn and enhance my own wellbeing as I go.
